Partial Cook Assistant qualification within the framework of the "Identification, Motivation, Partial Training and Professional Integration of Internally Displaced Persons in Eastern Ukraine" project

3. Selection criteria

Internally displaced persons, citizens affected by the conflict in the East of Ukraine, local residents over 18 are invited to participate.

 

4. Duration

14,5 weeks / 360 academic hours

 

5. Course content

To prepare dishes and culinary products that require simple cooking, to know the recipes, manufacturing technology, quality requirements, distribution rules (packaging), terms and conditions of storage of dishes, to be able to perfectly apply and follow the rules of industrial hygiene - all this can be learned taking partial qualification course “Cook Assistant”. In addition, during the training process, the participants will master the techniques, methods and sequence of performing heat treatment of products, the operating rules of the corresponding types of technological equipment, and the norms of work of public catering enterprises. An important focus will be on mastering professional ethics and communication skills with visitors.

 

6. Expected outcomes

After successful completion of the course, the participants will receive Joint Certificates of the Bavarian Economics Education Center bbw gGmbH and the relevant Ukrainian Training Center.
